This policy explains what information Mind Kundali (mindkundali.com), operated by Hypno Mesmerism School of India ("we", "us"), collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Details you give at checkout: your name, email address and phone number.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive the payment ID, amount and status.
- Your assessment: your answers, the language you chose, your scores and the report written from them.
- Account details: your login email and a securely hashed password (we cannot read your password).
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and server logs, used to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
- To create your account, generate your personal reading and let you open it again later.
- To send service emails: account activation, "your report is ready" and password reset.
- To answer support requests and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To measure and improve our advertising (see Cookies and the Meta Pixel below).
We do not sell your personal information.
How your report is written
Your answers and scores are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service, which writes, checks and (if you choose another language) translates your report. They are used only to produce your reading.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run Mind Kundali:
- Razorpay: payment processing.
- Anthropic: AI writing, review and translation of reports.
- Pabbly Connect: sending service emails.
- Hostinger: hosting of our website, database and reports in India.
- Meta Platforms: advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel.
- Google Fonts: delivering the fonts used on our pages.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), on our pages. It sets cookies (such as _fbp) and sends Meta information about your visit: pages viewed, when you start checkout and when a purchase is completed (including the amount). Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account. We use it to measure our ads and show them to people likely to find Mind Kundali useful. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy.
You can limit this by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, using a tracker or ad blocker, or changing your settings in Facebook / Instagram Ad Preferences.
We also use your browser's local storage for things the site needs: keeping you logged in, remembering your language choice, and making sure a purchase is only counted once.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and report for as long as your account is open, so you can come back to your reading. You can ask us to delete your account and report at any time. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info.hypnoguru@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. This email is also our grievance contact under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Age
Mind Kundali is meant for adults aged 18 and over.
Security
Connections to our site are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
