Refund policy

Mind Kundali is a personal digital reading that is created for you as soon as you finish your assessment, so we handle refunds as follows.

When you get a full refund

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid, but your account was not created and we could not fix it within 72 hours of you contacting us.
• You completed the assessment, but your reading was not delivered within 72 hours because of a fault on our side.

When refunds are not available

Once your reading has been generated and delivered, the purchase cannot be refunded, because the product has been fully provided.

How to ask

Email info.hypnoguru@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with the email you used and your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
